Promotional period

This offer is available to eligible homeowners who request a project estimate from Manzil Renovation between August 1 and September 30, 2026. Estimate requests must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 30, 2026.

Eligible projects

This promotion applies only to new, qualifying residential renovation projects located within Manzil Renovation’s service area. Project eligibility is determined after an on-site consultation and review of the requested scope of work.

The offer does not apply to work already under contract, previously approved estimates, completed work, warranty work, insurance deductibles, emergency services, or previously scheduled projects.

Free estimate and consultation

Eligible customers will receive a free initial in-home consultation and project estimate. Additional design services, architectural drawings, engineering, permit preparation, inspections, testing, or specialized professional services may require separate fees.

10% labor discount

Eligible customers will receive a discount equal to 10% of the qualifying labor charges identified in the original approved estimate.

The discount applies only to labor specifically identified by Manzil Renovation as qualifying promotional labor. It does not apply to materials, fixtures, appliances, permits, design fees, engineering, delivery charges, equipment rentals, dumpsters, disposal fees, taxes, financing charges, or other nonlabor expenses.

Any maximum promotional discount or minimum project requirement stated in the customer’s estimate will apply.

Activating the offer

To activate the promotion, the customer must:

• Request the estimate during the promotional period;
• Approve the estimate within 30 calendar days after it is issued;
• Sign Manzil Renovation’s project agreement; and
• Pay the deposit required by the project agreement, subject to all applicable cancellation and refund rights.

Requesting or receiving an estimate does not reserve a construction date or activate the discount by itself.

12-month labor price lock

Once the offer has been activated, the approved labor price for the original scope of work will be locked for 12 months from the date the project agreement is signed.

The customer must remain ready and available to begin the project within that 12-month period. Project dates are subject to Manzil Renovation’s availability and must be confirmed in writing.

The labor price lock applies only to the labor and scope described in the original signed agreement. It does not guarantee material pricing or protect the price of additional, revised, or unforeseen work.

Material pricing

Material prices are not discounted or locked under this promotion.

Material amounts shown in an estimate are based on pricing and information available when the estimate is prepared. Final material charges may change based on:

• Supplier and manufacturer pricing;
• Product availability or discontinuation;
• Final customer selections;
• Required quantities;
• Substitutions or upgrades;
• Shipping and delivery charges;
• Applicable taxes; and
• Market conditions at the time materials are ordered.

When reasonably practical, Manzil Renovation will notify the customer of a material-price change before ordering the affected materials. Material substitutions or upgrades requested by the customer will be documented and priced separately.

Changes and additional work

The promotion applies only to the original approved scope of work. Change orders, customer-requested additions, revised plans, upgrades, code-required corrections, permit requirements, concealed damage, hazardous materials, structural deficiencies, water damage, mold, outdated wiring or plumbing, and other unforeseen site conditions are excluded from the labor price lock.

Any additional labor or materials will be described and priced through a separate written change order at the rates applicable when the additional work is approved.

Customer delays

The labor price lock may expire if the customer prevents the project from starting within the 12-month period by failing to make required payments, provide necessary approvals, make material selections, provide property access, obtain financing, or otherwise satisfy the customer’s responsibilities under the project agreement.

A delay caused solely by Manzil Renovation after the customer has timely completed all requirements will not automatically cancel the customer’s labor price lock. Any revised schedule will be confirmed in writing.

Scheduling and availability

Project scheduling is subject to crew availability, permitting, inspections, weather, supplier lead times, subcontractor availability, and other conditions outside Manzil Renovation’s reasonable control.

Participation in the promotion does not guarantee a particular start or completion date unless that date is included in a signed project agreement.

Cancellations

All cancellations are governed by the signed project agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these promotional terms limits or waives any cancellation rights provided to the customer by federal, state, or local law.

When the Ohio Home Solicitation Sales Act applies, the customer will receive the required notice concerning the right to cancel the transaction within three business days.

Other promotions

This offer cannot be combined with another discount, coupon, referral credit, special price, or promotional offer unless Manzil Renovation provides written approval.

Nontransferable offer

The offer is available only to the customer and property identified in the approved estimate. It cannot be transferred to another person, property, or project and has no cash value.

Promotion changes

Manzil Renovation may modify, suspend, or end this promotion before a customer signs a project agreement. Any modification will not affect a promotional discount already included in a fully signed agreement unless both parties agree to the change in writing.

Project agreement

These promotional terms supplement Manzil Renovation’s written estimate and project agreement. The signed project agreement will contain the complete project scope, price, payment schedule, responsibilities, warranties, anticipated schedule, and other applicable conditions.

If a promotional statement conflicts with the signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.
